Pit Bull Faith!

Reading Assignment:  Matthew 24, 25


Where is Your Faith?  When I think of Faith in God, my mind immediately goes to the Pit Bull Dog.  This dog has some unusual character traits among which is his ability to Bite and Lock.  Biting is common for all dogs, no matter the species, but Locking is another story.  


The Pit Bull is unique in that it gets a grip on its prey and it takes an act of Congress to make him let go.  This is the same as exercising faith in God.  The Word is the Source of our faith and God's biggest desire is for us to believe what He said and not be moved by the outward circumstances of life.  Faith agrees with the Word of God without considering the existing conditions...


He wants us to get a Big Bite of the Word and like the Pit Bull, Lock on to the Promise until you see it come to pass.  Don't let go of the Promise of God!  The Word is God's Will and Testament to His people and nothing takes it's place.  


Faith in God, Locks on to the promises and no matter how life tosses and drives you, keep holding (Lock) on to that Word with the full assurance that what God promised, He will Perform!  Roman 4:20,21 tells us that like Abraham, we too must be Fully Persuaded that He will perform...   


Whatever you become Fully Persuaded about from the Word of God, He will perform!
