It is said that the greatest day of your life is the day you were born and the day you found out why you were born. If you are reading this blog, it is obvious that the first part of this equation has been fulfilled. Now that you are here on this earth, the most important thing to find out is why.
You know you were born, but the question of the ages is, "do you know why?" The day that you discover why you are here on this earth, will become greatest day of all.
Why you are here is more important because being here without knowing why is like not being here at all. The emptiness in every life is mostly connected to this life-changing question and answer.
When you find out why, it will change everything about your existence. Every day you wake up with purpose, a reason to exist, a reason to live. Each day has meaning as you move closer to fulfilling that purpose.
James 1:5 says that if you lack wisdom, if you need direction and a sense of God-given purpose, all you have to do is ask God. He will give you what is necessary for being who you are and for doing what you have been called here to do.
The greatest joy and the greatest day of your life are connected to your knowing why you are here on earth. Don't stop pursuing, keep pressing into the will of God until you find your unique purpose. Then do everything by the help of the Holy Spirit that you can to complete your assignment and hear him say well done good and faithful servant.
