LET'S TALK "FAVOR"!!!!!

Today at Embassy Church, we discussed the subject of "FAVOR."  I want to talk about it a little bit more, especially since we now know that the next message will be the continuation of this lesson.


FAVOR is when God Speaks to someone to Use their Stuff (Resources, Influence and Abilities) to Help bring your Vision to pass! Jacko Definition...


I encourage each of you to focus on and develop a "Great Expectation" for the FAVOR of God in your daily life.  That is what HE wants for you.  So much so that HE sent JESUS to pay the price for just that!

    I could go on for days talking about the times that I experienced the Favor of God in my life but I will not "hog the blog"...

    One for instance... I found favor when I found my wife!

    Over the past two weeks we have been in the process of upgrading my wife's ring. We made a selection and were happy with the ring but not satisfied with the price. We went home and began to believe God for a lower price. After a few more visits to the store the oweners presented us a LARGER ring for a better price. We just had to put down a few more dollars. Unprovoked the owner states "This a good deal, you better take it".

    One truth I grabbed early in my salvation from God's word was that he wanted to prosper me on the earth. My career to date in pharma sales has been a testament of God's favor. I'm a microbiologist by training with no formal training in sales. Years ago and unbeknownest to me at the time, God used the head of my former department to show me favor. In hindsight, it is clear to me that this man used his resources, abilities, and influence (stuff)to get me on a prosperous career path with many benefits!

    A summation of our favor over the past 10 years, 30,000 dollars in home furnishings and cash, a school loan payed off, increase each year, and serious debt cancellation. With God its about walking in His full blessings with not stress, strain or struggle. To God be the glory.
